Room Policies

The Anchorage Motor Inn of York Inc. has the following terms and conditions including cancellation and refunds.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or date changes must be made at least 10 days prior to your scheduled date of arrival to avoid a cancellation fee of one night’s room charge including tax.

Refund Policy
To receive a refund of your deposit, a reservation must be canceled 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If a reservation is canceled within ten days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable and is forfeited.

Please note that our rates are based, unless otherwise noted, on a per-room basis. These rates do not include the 9% Maine State tax.

Facility Use
The hotel facilities including pools are for use of registered hotel guests only. The maximum number of registered guests per room is the maximum occupancy per room. Additional pool and facility passes are not given out to friends or family visiting registered guests. Registered guests only are permitted on the property. Please reach out to the hotel with any questions regarding this policy prior to your stay.

To guarantee your reservation, we require one night’s room rate plus tax as a deposit.

Cot Charge
$10.00 per night. Cots are not permitted in the Atrium.

Pet Policy
We are only able to accommodate service animals. Unfortunately, emotional support or therapy animals are not permitted.

Anchorage Inn is a non-smoking property, as required by Maine State Law. Marijuana is not permitted anywhere on property regardless of local law.

There is one parking spot available per guest room. We do not offer additional parking for guest rooms.

The Atrium Pool Area
Food and beverage are not permitted around the Atrium Pool nor in Atrium public areas at any time. The Atrium Pool area closes at 9:00 pm promptly each evening.
