The Anchorage Motor Inn of York Inc has the following terms and conditions including cancellation and refunds.
All cancellations or date changes must be made at least 10 days prior to your scheduled date of arrival in order to avoid a cancellation fee of one night’s room charge including tax.
In order to receive a refund of your deposit, a reservation must be cancelled ten days prior to arrival date. If a reservation is cancelled within ten days of arrival, the deposit is non refundable and is forfeited.
Please note that our rates are based, unless otherwise noted, on a per room basis. These rates do not include 9% Maine State tax.
Minimum Age to Check In
21 years of age, identification required.
The hotel facilities including pools are for use of registered hotel guests only. The maximum number of registered guests per room is the maximum occupancy per room. Additional pool and facility passes are not given out to friends or family visiting registered guests. Registered guests only are permitted on property. Please reach out to the hotel with any questions regarding this policy prior to your stay.
In order to guarantee your reservation, we require one night’s room rate plus tax as a deposit.
$10.00 per night. Cots/Cribs are not permitted in the Atrium.
We are only able to accommodate service animals. Unfortunately, emotional support or therapy animals are not permitted.
The Anchorage Inn in a non-smoking property, as required by Maine State Law.
There is one parking spot available per guest room. We do not offer additional parking for guestrooms.
The Atrium Pool Area
Food and beverage is not permitted around the Atrium Pool nor in Atrium public areas at any time. The Atrium Pool area closes at 9:00 pm promptly each evening.
